2 Switches connected some Ports Limit at 1.67Mbit/s

I have a problem and don't know why....
Port 1/0/18 Delivers full Performance at 917/Mbit/s Upload and Port 1/0/48 Limits at 1.67Mbit/s Upload also the Server at the Second Switch (Who is connected thorough 1/0/33-36) 1/0/18 delivers arround 917/Mbit/s without any Problems.
Config file attached from switch 1.
And Second seems to be nearly same ...
What doing i'm wrong.... i don't know how to fix that special problem... (It is special in my eyes ;-) )
