Hello. What does it mean or what is happening when all ports LEDs blink together and connection with router is down.
Disconnecting patch cords will not stop the blinking.
To have everything back to normal, the switch has to be switched off and on again.

It may be caused by a network loop. You may unplug the Ethernet cables from the switch one by one to have a check.
Besides, ensure the switch is not suffering from a power shortage. Insufficient power may lead to abnormal behaviors, use the original power cord is always recommended.
Thanks for your reply, but I have already tried that. Switch has to be unplugged from the mains to work properly again. Regards
