Model: CPE210
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.3 Build 20160526 Rel. 4923

Hello folks,

I am having trouble connecting my CPE to my existing wifi

I have successfully followed all of the steps in this support page to extend my existing home network

On the dashboard it looks like everything is working as it should be with a strong signal coming through.

However it appears to be not connecting to the internet through my wifi.

Any thought as to what could be the issue?

Dear @Eldridge,

You may refer to the guide below to install the CPE210.

@Eldridge did you tried disabling the DHCP server on the CPE unit?

sometimes having DCHP enable on both the main router and the extender can cause problems

simply let the main router assign the addresses

@antoniooninato When you say have I disabled DHCP I can confirm that it is switched off in the control panel

When I access the CPE 210 I go to networks on my mac - switch from DHCP to manual, input these to access the device control panel.

IP Address = 192.168.0.10

Sub mask = 255.255.255.0

Router = 192.168.0.254

I then switch back to DCHP in my network setting in order to access the internet

By doing this, is the CPE device switched to DCHP ?
