In have recently purchased the EAP225, I have down loaded the Omada app. Can not do the set up as the EAP 225 cannot find a IP address

Dear @dickiet,

In have recently purchased the EAP225, I have down loaded the Omada app. Can not do the set up as the EAP 225 cannot find a IP address

Please ensure the EAP225 is hardwired to your network via Ethernet cable.
