Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20200930 Rel.36519

The situation is as in the picture. TP-LINK TL-R605 router. Previously, I configured everything on ER6020 and it was ok - unfortunately ER6020 is end of life

After connecting to the VPN (L2TP) network, I get an address from the local network and I can see a router or Orange modem. But I cannot see any other computers on the network.

I get an address from a pool set by me with the mask 255.255.255.255. It is incomprehensible that when in a computer in the local network (e.g. in the diagram marked as PC) I manually set the mask to 255.255.255.255, it is available via VPN - I can ping it, connect to RDP etc. I can't leave such a mask ....

What I do not understand? Because something is clearly lame somewhere. Of course, my point is that computers in the LAN should have normal masks (255.255.255.0) but be visible after VPN connection ...

@Tomash13

I have the same issue.

The vpn pool cannot be in tha same subnet with the lan subnet.

So the local network should be 192.168.0/24

and the vpn ip pool 192.168.1.0/24

@Tomash13

Have the same problem on R605.

After connecting to the VPN I got the mask 255.255.255.255

I need to have  255.255.255.0 like local network.

Is this any way to change it to 255.255.255.0 ??

The VPN IP pool you have to change subnet mask after the / to 24 which would give your 255.255.255.0 example IP Pool:10.0.0.0/24

@KLX I did this.

Got the same subnet mask: 255.255.255.255

When I setup Remote Subnet to completely different ranges 10.0.0.0/24 > got the same subnet mask 255.255.255.255
