Hello,  I've got a network setup with a oc200 controller and several eap225 types. Can i add the eap660 to this omada network undying the app only?

Why not? The Omada App provides a way to manage the OC200 from remote or local access. You can log into the OC200 under Controller - Cloud Access (need to bind the OC200 with a TP-Link ID first) or under Controller -Local Access(the phone is required to connect to the same network with the controller), then adopt and manage the new EAP.
