Model: OC200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.8.0 Build 20210406 Rel.58757

Hi,

I have a OC200 cloud controller that controls my EAP's.  In the previous firmware version, I was able to set a schedule for the Wi-Fi radios to be turned on and off as per item 2 in the below link.

https://www.tp-link.com/au/support/faq/2094/

Since updating the firmware to version "1.8.0 Build 20210406 Rel.58757" I cannot see any documentation that states how to now do this and I cannot work it out by looking through the GUI.

Does anyone know how to set a schedule for the Wi-Fi radios to be turned on and off with the latest firmware version?

Thanks for your help.

@HSJ

Not sure why it is called "WLAN Schedule" as it is really a "SSID Schedule".  An EAP schedule is available in the standalone EAP configuration UI or if you have an Omada compatible poe switch, you can schedule the power off to the EAP.

@1207

Thanks for your reply.

It appears that the WLAN Schedule feature in the Wireless networks section that you have identified stops broadcasting a particular SSID on all access points.  Previously I was able to specify a schedule for each access point so that the specified access point stopped broadcasting all SSID's only from the one access point.

Is there a way to control the schedule on a particular access point to turn off its wireless radio?

@1207

You are correct.  I received the below reply from TP-Link support:

Controller doesn't support setting WLAN schedule for EAP currently, it can only be configured in standalone mode when access each EAP.

Thanks for your replies.
