What kind of Hotspot portal you are using, Voucher or Local User?

Could you upload the detailed settings for your hotspot portal?

If you are using Voucher, please confirm if you configure the Limited Usage Counts as 1.

Please verify if you have Internet access after you forget the SSID and connect again?

Once a wireless client connecting to the portal SSID gets authorized from the portal page, as long as the first authentication is not expired, it will not require another portal authentication for internet access.

For your case, if you simply forget the SSID on the wireless client, it will not make the authorized client expired, so you don't need a second authentication for the Internet. If you want to force the wireless client to re-authorize, you may go to Hotspot Manager -> Authorized Clients to disconnect the authorized client, after that, the wireless client will need to login to the authentication page for Internet access.
