Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.7.4 Build 20210118 Rel.72627

Hi,

I have a simple network with a couple of EAP235-wall and EAP230-wall devices and an OC200.  Since a couple of days the controller goes offline/online every 4 minutes, so I thought to upgrade.  For some reason it fails to upgrade to the latest release.

I tried the 'check for upgrade' option as well as the manual upgrade.  I tried via the APP, and also via the browser.  In all cases the device resets but still shows the old version.  Nothing in the log files as far as I can see.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

It is wise to upgrade locally. Not from the cloud. Upload manually and keep the power on all the time. Don't try anything when upgrade.

Try the recovery mentioned above. Save the config before anything!

@YvesHertoghs

I had an OC200 last week that wouldn't update, as you say rebooted ok but nothing.

Ended up backing up the config, factory reset.. update then restore config.   Not elegent but did work
