Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

PC1 is a POS (point of sale).
Mobile Phones for taking orders from customers (they will use the Unifi AP to communicate with PC1).
The 4 Printers will be connected to PC1 via Ethernet (switch).
PC2 (the manager PC) will have Ubiquiti Unifi Controller software installed.
PC2 should communicate with PC1, PC3 and PC4.
All the RJ45 cables are coming from the devices to the Panel patch.
What I don't know is how to configure the ips and everything to make this communication/network.
Speed in transferring data is cruicial for me, so no third party devices will be connected neither Internet will be provided.

Thanks in advance

Seems you don't have a DHCP Server. PCs, printers and APs can set static IP, but how about those mobile phones? Can you also set static IP on them? Or Unifi AP can work as a DHCP server? If all devices can set static IP addresses, you just need to set all IP addresses in the same subnet, and then all devices can communicate with each other without problem.
