Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.3 Build 20210409 Rel.52950

Hello everyone, I purchased my TL-SG3210XHP-M2 recently and set up the Omada controller on my RPi which was a pain by itself but I am seeing further issues when trying to adopt the switch to the controller. They are on different VLANs but my pfSense firewall has both networks open wide to each other. I can ping the controller from the switch and vice versa.

I was able to get into the admin portal of the switch and added the IP of the controller to the switch but still not able to adopt the switch, it just doesnt show up.

Do I have to do anything else to get this going?

@ccigas

Hey buddy,

I think you can try to install an Omada discovery utility:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/omada-software-controller/#Omada_Discovery_Utility

But I didn't find the user guide, only an FAQ for your reference:
https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/3087/

Hope it heps.
