Hi all,

Possibly not going to work but thought best to check instead of breaking hardware.

I have a hub in my loft being powered by POE, it's a T1500G-8T. I have another device that's powered with a POE injector with a splitter. I have 2 of the cables going from the first floor going into the loft with injectors. With the second line I am taking the power to the device and the ethernet to the hub as this keeps my office on the lan.

Can I put the 2 injected ethernet cables into the hub and then take a single ethernet to the splitter and the device or will the hub break if injected with too much power for the POE injectors?

Thanks in advance.

here is an attempt to draw the current situation. The squiggly lines are the power being injected.
