Hi

I'm having trouble with my IPSEC VPN. I can t seem to communicate with the client on the other side of the VPN.
I checked all my settings and they seem to be correct. But it still doesn't connect and the log only shows this

9 2013-03-20 11:30:48 <7> : task(ipiked) is blocked when function(ipike_receive_message) is running.
10 2013-03-20 11:30:48 <7> : task(ipiked) is unblocked in function(ipike_receive_message).
11 2013-03-20 11:32:11 <5> : IKE began to negotiate as initiator. Mode=main,peers=196.46.3.92<->212.96.26.198.

After i have created the VPN. I used this tutorial to create it http://www.tp-link.com/lk/article/?id=380 but i still don't understand why its not working.
So Could you help please.

what do you mean by the client on the other side of the VPN? Client refers to the "client" set up on the computer or another VPN router? If you don't have a VPN router on the other side, please set up the Site-to-Client VPN: http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=443

Here is a diagram of the setup

The issue i have is that from any of this two IPS (192.168.0.1, 192.168.0.5) i can communicate with IP 212.96.26.198 but not
with 10.1.28.36 . At both ends there is VPN router on MCEL SMS GATEWAY there is Cisco router and on the MZ MEDIA
there is TP-LINK router with the VPN connection set up. So my questions is does the output from the log of the TP-LINK router say that
the VPN connection is up or not. Also i wanted to know if there is any way that you guys could help in finding out what is blocking my connection.
Because at both end there is no active firewall and neither them or us can find what might be causing it. Here some extra info if it can help.

Test 1
