Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 4.4.4

I'm managing the device using Omada Cloud. How can I backup the config?

I've checked on TP-Link's online emulator/demo 4.3 and it's a simple matter of clicking Settings, Maintenance, Backup & Restore. However, on version 4.4, the Backup & Restore section is missing from Maintenance.

I've got the following IP ranges set up on a 3rd party router and on the controller Interface LAN

Router

192.168.0.1 (DHCP)  VLAN ID 1

10.0.51.1 (DHCP) VLAN ID 20

Controller Interface LAN

192.168.1.1 (DHCP)  VLAN ID 1

Is that the correct way to do it or should DHCP be switched off on the controller and set it to use one of the router's IP ranges? Or should I leave it as it is? If so, should I change the Controller Interface LAN to a different VLAN ID?

Thanks

@Mark007

Hey

This should be a nice simple one, the backup is only configurable via the local login (LAN) and not via the Cloud Portal Login.     Try connecting to the IP and log in that way, should be there for you
