Router to TL-SG105E connects using 1GBPS, however LS105G and TL-SG105E gets connects only on 10MBPS and not 1000Mbps

let me know if something is to be fixed here to connect these with 1000mbps

@SudhirK

Since LS105G is an unmanaged switch, yet 105E is a smart one. Did you check the port speed on the SG105E?

1. About the cable, CAT5e at least?

2. The cable length should be shorter. I remember the cable has a maximum length. ETH cable is not like fiber cable. When the cable's too long, you'll lose the speed and will drop to 10Mbps. Google it.

3. Do you get 1Gbps from Router to LS switch? If so, the switch should be fine. Switch to Switch should also be fine.
