Model: OC200

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.9.3

I have an OC200 v4.4.6 on firmware 1.9.3 and 2 EAP245 v3.0 on firmware 5.0.3.

At home I also have a single identical EAP245 running in standalone mode. The one at home I have successfully flashed to v5.0.4 firmware. The ones at work, managed by the OC200 are on 5.0.3 and do not see any firmware updates available. I know there were some reported issues with 5.0.4 firmware a few weeks ago. Is the upgrade on hold, or is my controller just not identifying the updates correctly? I've logged into the controller locally and via the cloud with the same results.

To speed up the firmware release process, the EAP245 V3 5.0.4 firmware was released to the TP-Link official website directly bypassing the cloud. So your controller doesn't see the new 5.0.4 firmware update available, you can upload the firmware manually for an upgrade.

Thanks for the input. I'm in no rush to upgrade it as long as it will show in the controller eventually.
