Hi, 

I had five EAPs in my house after I managed to run some ethernet cable during some work in the house. I've just bought a OC200 controller to improve the network when using a single SSID. However, having connected and configured the controller (having to reset all EAPs to do this), I've found that only one of the four EAPs I have work with the controller. The others show an error on the Omada web interface: "The device is not compatible with the current controller. To manage the device, update the device first".

I will be completely honest and say I've reached the limit of my technical knowledge getting to this point, and am now stuck in terms of what I need to do (I'm hoping its not to have to buy replacements for 4 of the 5 EAPs as that's not feasible right now).

Any support you're able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Details of what I have is below: 

On the Omada app the OC200 is listed as Controller Model: OC200 1.0, the controller version: v4.4.6; for,ware 1.9.3 Build 20210914 Rel 39903
