Model: TL-SG3210
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.0.2 - 20210806 Reference 55686

I am attempting to change the IP address of the TL-SG3210 and cannot get it to take. I am following the directions in the manual and am attempting to edit  the VLAN1  with the VLAN interface IP 192.168.0.1.

I am attempting to change the IP address to 10.0.0.3 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 and Gateway: 10.0.0.1. I have tried it at least four times with teh same results. The IP address is not accepted and the switch requires a reboot in order to recover to the default IP address of 192.168.0.1.

@PLCMAN58

You did mention that you followed the manual. This one maybe?

L3 features>interface, I guess we can edit that on your switch.

Make sure you hit the , any luck with that?

Thanks for the reply. I switched to another computer where I had a static IP address assigned in the range of 10.0.0.xxx instead of using DHCP. I was able to assign the required 192.168.0.xxx to gain access to the TP-LINK 192.168.0.1 default address. I followed the same procedure as before and the TP-LINK switch now has the proper 10.0.0.xxx address.
