hello

I have few EAP115(EU) v4.0 in a different localizations (branches) centralized by OC200.

After upgrading to ver 5 (controller and all EAPs) we have na weird problem. Random users (not all) can connect to network, but internet is not available.

Looks like some packeges are blocking. For example: website is unavaiable in a browser, can't establish vpn tunnel by VPN client or I can't (as administrator) connect to this computer by TeamViewer, when computer is available on the list of contacts.

 

Before upgrading network worked fine during few months. I didn't change any configuration of network in controller.

 

Any ideas whats going on?

I think you can email their tech support, let them do in-depth analysis.

 I have this same problem. EAP115 v4.0. After upgrade some clients can connect but have problem with transfer. This  problem is in version 5.0.3 and 5.04 firmware. When I test previous firmware version (3.20.0, 5.0.0, 5.0.1) everything is OK. Especially problem is on clients who have Qualcomm QCA9377 wireless card .

To resolve problem I return to version 5.0.2 firmware.
