@Kashf Wow it's a large system. I had never set up such a big network but I can provide some suggestions.

About VLAN settings:

The switch you mentioned are old model, so we can only manage them on standalone mode. You will need to create VLAN on every switch and make sure all uplink and downlink ports are tagged on all VLAN.

The core switch will need to do VLAN interface, and have a gateway with the same IP as your main router.

The ports to connect your client devices, like a PC, should be untag.

CAP will get IP and network from the AC500, so we have to do the VLAN on AC500 and give different SSID with different VLAN ID.

I tried to find some guide that maybe helpful. Please note the guide is for newer version devices so the UI is a little difference.

1. Configure a multi-nets network: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/887/

2. Use CAP and AC500 to create the WiFi: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1334/

Actually today tplink provides Omada solution, which can be more easier. But the model you listed are not supported by Omada COntroller.

The Omada solution can be a router TL-ER7206, a OC300 hardware controller, switch model TL-SG2428P/TL-SG3452P, and Access Point EAP225/EAP225 Outdoor.

Here is an video about how to use Omada to create the whole network. If you ask me, I will say it is much more easier. The omada controller can manage all devices including the AP switch and the gateway. https://youtu.be/-mkU3rI9coE
