Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.14.3

I have a controller that cannot connect to the Omada Cloud Service or download patches.

This was previously working, setup with DHCP. Any pointers on how to troubleshoot this?

Dear  @cyruspy

Omada Cloud Service is based on AWS. If you are not able to bind your controller to the cloud server, please check:

1. If the OC200 has Cloud LED green. If no, please double check if this OC200 do has Internet, or if there is any access control rules on the front router;

2. On Controller settings--Cloud, please check if the cloud service is Enable.

Regards

  @Hank21

It's enabled & not connected:

I don't see any logs facilities that can confirm if it's a DNS issue or a connectivity issue. It was previously working (for several months)

It was a DNS resolver thing. After upgrading PiHole it stopped answering to subnets outside of its own. No indication in the logs on the controller side.
