OC200 controller went offline and has now been off for 24 hours
My OC200 went on and offline continuously yesterday and then went offline and has not come back on for over 24 hours. What do I need to do to figure out why?

Seems obvious that you have a loss of comms between the Office and Control rooms, this would cause the symptoms you are seeing. I think there are 3 ways that this could happen, 1. power glitch in office 2. bad cable between rooms 3. bad power supply on either SG switch or the switch it's connected to downstream. I do not think this is a broadcast storm issue at this point, however, Occam's Razor may apply later.
If it were my network I would do two things: 1. move OC200 to Office and power it directly from a POE port on the SG2210P 2. run a continuous ping with stats from a computer connected in the Control room. My expectation would be that the AP, and Router would no longer report as down, but that you may notice lost packets between the ping computer and let's say the cable modem or ER605 Wan IP.

I will let you know my Omada System setup so it may make more sense.
In my Office, is where my cable comes in for the cable modem. I have it attached to the ER605 and then run it into my Office switch. The office switch runs out to different places, but also runs out to my control room where I have 2 switches (a 16 port and 8 port PoE switch). These control room switches run to most of the stuff in my house including the OC200 which is located in the control room.
In the control room I replaced the cable to the OC200 and waited 5 minutes, but nothing happened. I then reset the control room PoE switch it was connected to and nothing happened. I reset the 16 port control room switch and the OC200 finally gave me both lights and came back online after a couple of minutes. I don't know if the issue is with the switch or something deeper??? I think it may be related to something in my office according to the alerts I had been getting. I will show you the alerts if anyone would care to comment.

All of the alerts came from the office where the ER605 and Office switch is located. The Hallway EAP is on the Office Switch. Any ideas? Can I find out more info somehow? If so, where?

Is it convenient to provide you with the hardware and software versions of these devices?
What is the hardware and software version of the controller?
Did this problem occur after changing any settings or upgrading the firmware version?
Are there any address reservations settings on the controller?
It would be better to check if there are any IP conflicts in the network?

There has been no settings changes for days. Nothing was changed, it just started happening.
All of the devices I have are are setup static. Many of my clients are static also, like my cameras, and several servers that need to be static, my printer, and my 2 NAS. I have 2 things set for reservations.
I have not seen any alerts or anything that say there may be an ip conflict. I guess I'm not sure where to look in that case.

I had 4 new alerts this morning, 4 is good compared to 54 and totally going offline for 24 hours.
Looking at the content, it started with the Hallway EAP, then 9 seconds later, the office switch which is connected to the EAP, then 1 second later, the ER605 router disconnected. Then 2 minutes later the office switch shows disconnected again and that is it. Is there anything, anyplace that shows the reason for the disconnecting?

Yes, a network topology diagram can help to locate the problem more clearly.
You can show how all the devices are connected and what are the approximate IP addresses?

@Virgo I don't know what I was thinking. I do know what topology is. I wasn't thinking I guess.
Anyway, I have looked at every item in the house that I have on the network. Every one of them is accounted for and all ip addressess are accounted for. None are conflicting. My issue seems to be coming from the first 3 links in the chain of the whole system.
The Hallway EAP disconnects, then the Router, then the switch. It has done this cycle twice this morning already.
