Schedule Time Limit for certain wired/wirelessdevices on my network.

I'm trying to setup "Parental Controls" on my network. I know there is not default setting like on a consumer router for this.
I have created a Profile for time range successfully. However, I do not see how I can add this profile to a port or to a specific client on my network.
I have gone into the switch and tried to apply these profiles to the ports directly and I have tried to apply these profiles directly to a MAC address (via clients) and have had no luck.
What am I missing?
