Model: TL-SG3210XHP-M2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

The TL-SG3210XHP-M2 is currently running at 11W and has the max poe LED flashing.  The TL-SG3428XMP is currently running at 30W and its max poe LED is flashing.  This led is only suppose to flash if you are nearing the max power threshold.  I only have two poe devices connected to the TL-SG3210XHP-M2 (EAP660HD and OC200) so there is no way I am anywhere close to the max power for this switch.  On the TL-SG3428XMP I just have 8 cameras.

Can you please explain why the poe max LED would be flashing on these switches?

Thanks

@Bcgrizzy issue resolved by support.  It turned out that it was the SYS LED that was flashing as it should be per the manual and the POE MAX led was not blinking after all.  Thanks to the great support and patience by the TP-Link support team.  I ended up taking a video of my switches and once support reviewed this video they identified my mistake in thinking it was the MAX POE that was flashing.
