Error: Device Not Found when adding C400HP already discovered in VIGI Security Manager
Hi,
I've been trying to add a device i.e. VIGI C400HP-2.8 in the VIGI Security Manager 1.15 but unsuccessful showing error "Device not found".
The camera appears in the Discovered Devices but not able to add under operation.
I did a factory reset of the camera using ONVIF Manager. The factory set IP is 169.254.205.231.
I set Gateway as 169.254.205.1 and Subnet as 255.255.255.0.
I've tried port 443 (resulted in the Device Not Found error), 80, 554 and others (resulted in message to check network settings).
My PC NIC has static IP 169.254.205.10, Gateway 169.254.205.1 and Subnet 255.255.255.0. Direct Ethernet connection between the PC and Camera.
I am able to ping the camera the whole time.
Using ONVIF Manager Live Stream was working.
