Model: ER605 (TL-R605)  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.1

I have OC200 with 5.1.7 and ER605 with firmware 1.2.1. From firmware 5.1.7 the gateway frequently disconnect from OC200 and suddely internet down.

There is a solution?

Hi  @Superivan 

 

May I know when the issue happens and the frequency? It only happens since you updating V5.1.7?

Is there any wanrning/event can be found on the controller Log?

 

The controller firmware should not influence the ER605 Internet but if possible, please try downgrade the controller to V5.0.3

If the problem won't be solved, it may be not realted to firwmare. We will need to know your Internet service provider name and controller running log for further research
