Hello

 

 I have bought tp-link TL-SX3008F 8 port 10 GE sfp +L2+Managed switch, then I tried to do the configuration through GUI.

 

 I connected my pc to port 1 : first the port led didn't lighting and it gave me error when I tried to put the ip in the browser.

 

 I checked my ip it is in the same mask

 

 I checked the cable on anthor switch it works

 

 I checked the sfp model it is works

 

 I tried to reach by conosle I reached ,but through the GUI I can't

 

 Please can you help me in this issue

  @Qut.Mei I think there are two things you may need to concern:

1. Does the port LED on TL-SX3008F turn to green? If not, you may need to check the SFP module is that 10G SFP module.

The TL-SX3008F can only detect 10G SFP module for default. If your SFP module is 1G, you need to change the port speed via CLI first.

 

2. Is there any Router/ DHCP server that is already connected to this switch? Try unplug all other things, only leave the PC.

The Omada switch will obtain IP from the router automatically so the default IP 192.168.0.1 may not work.
