Hello,

I built a small TP-Link based network.

All settings are offline, without Internet. There is no connection on the WAN router interfaces.

I setup static IP for all the network equipment, VLAN interfaces with DHCP, switch profiles and have no ACL defined.

By default I have no inter-VLAN routing. For example I cannot access device at IoT from USER.

 

P.S. I'm sorry, but the problem turned out to be in the client laptop. Some third-party software changed the static routing table.

What does your Settings->Wired Networks->LAN table look like? Key point being do you have multiple IP subnets attached to unique VLANs and did you implement ACLs?
