Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.15.2 Build 20220323 Rel.60717

Simple enough..., the OC200 is powered over PoE by a TL-SG2428P, plug a USB Key formatted as FAT32 and nothing..., apart from the "No storage device is connected to the USB port" message.

Thoughts ?

  @Tescophil

As far as I know, there are no compatibility issues between the FAT32 USB and the OC200.
Suggest you check if your USB device itself is working?
If you have another USB device, you can replace it and test.

  @Pksparks I reformatted my USB to NTFS and it was recognized afterwards.
