Hi!
How to login to CPE510 in enviroment where there is no internet? I suspect that CPE510 is demanding internet connection for some weird reason when starting to initialize the device.

In test network where i try to change IP address
PC:
Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:
IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.220
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
C:\WINDOWS\system32>arp -a

I have IP addresses in the same network. .220 is the PC and .254 CPE510
The problem is that in "production" network the default gateway is already 192.168.0.254. AND connecting CPE510 (with same address) to that network in would make weird behaviour to the network.
I installed Pharos Control to change the CPE510 address, but atleast this document did not give the how to https://static.tp-link.com/res/down/doc/PharosControl_V1.1.4_UG.pdf
How to get in to CPE510's configuration pages?
