Hy Team!

I used an OC300 it is working very vell. An another place I use an oc200 and I want to connect it with the cloud interface but I can't. The oc200 system doesn't have tp link router(for omada) it has a zyxell atp500 firewall. I think the firewall is blocking it. What I need to do in the firewall? Port forward?

Regards, Daniel.

I would try to change the dns server on the OC200 to google and retry.

Thanks your tip, it is better than before. Unfortunately it is dont works fine about 30 % of 24h offline,but only in the cloud.

Sometimes it goes offline when I'm try to connect.

Wait... Are you having issues with the devices staying connected to the hardware appliance controller?

Are you having issues with the hardware appliance controller connected to the actual cloud?

Are you having WAN drops?

Thanks your attemts!!! But the problem was the power supply... looks like 2A with a phone charger isn't enough. The controller was in a reboot cycle again and again. I pluged the usb cable on our firewall for the fast solution and it is work. ;)
