Content or title contains illegal external links?

Content or title contains illegal external links?
Quick question:
I always get "Content or title contains illegal external links." when posting messages with IP's like Cloudflare-DNS or the Google-DNS.
Where are they coming from? What can I do to prevent that (other then removing the IP's)?

If I post this in this community, I get this message about "illegal external links".
But no pointers as to what is considered "illegal" or what these links are.
If I remove the IP's then the message still pops-up.
Similar to the post- and notification settings in "About ITV": it says " Server Exception" every time I come here.
All and all somewhat anoying...
