Hi All,

I have a omada server in a data centre hosted by Hubox and I've provisioned a ER605 router to the controller over the internet and it worked perfectly .The router is configured with a 4G USB modem as backup and the WAN port as prime PPPOE.

When the router was adopted to the controller over the internet I used the 4g internet connect as the PPPOE was down, now here is my problem once the PPPOE came back up and working the router failed to connect to the controller and now it in a state of Adopting. Could this be a problem with the routers WAN IP changing?
