Dear

I have EAP610 managed by OMADA v5.7.4 (latest version available).

My users are authenticated using radius server (WPA-Enterprise - WPA3-AES).

inside omada, when I click on "clients" I see all the information, except the column "802.1x authentication" which is blank (does not show) the logins/users.

within the ubiquiti management software, there is the same column "802.1x authentication" and there it shows all authenticated users.

What can be wrong in the OMADA controller to not show users?

Regards,

Claudionei

  @Claudionei

as you say, this works on Unifi, on TP-Link this does not work with Wifi clients, only devices that are connected with 802.1x authentication on a switch show this in Omada.
