Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.10 Build 220707 Rel.57637n

I had 1 x VIGI C400-HP V1 Hardware CCTV camera which works perfectly. I ordered and fitted a further 2 more C400-HP camera's which came as V2 hardware. I updated the firmware to the latest release which is 1.0.10 Build 220707 Rel.57637n.

 

I am experiencing a pink hue on the V2 camera's. The V1 camera color is perfect. Has anyone else experienced this?

  @Madasafish  This sounds like the characteristics of a stuck IR Cut Filter, which this camera does use. It should only be active in night vision mode. Try switching between day and night mode or resetting to factory.

Thanks for the replies. 

 

What I did was swap the V1 camera and V2 camera around because the V2 camera was located in an important position. Since doing that, both V2 camera's are now displaying the correct colour. I know it sounds odd. I have seen camera's with IR cut filter problems and my camera's were certainly not that dark pink. It was slight pink hue.

 

So I am pleased to say, the V2 camera's are now working properly and appreciate the replies.
