I tried EAP URL Filtering a couple of months ago and while it was not great, it did work on some URLs. The URLs it did work on I added to a rule, tested to make sure they were blocked, and then disabled the rule until we were ready to enable permanently. Well I enabled the rule yesterday but the URLs are not being blocked now.  Was URL Filtering broken in a recent update?
