Model: EAP225
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 5.10.

Buenas tardes,
I have connected and mounted 5 EAP225 distributed throughout the warehouse.
From Omada Software I have created the wifi network, but it is not possible to connect to the network.
Several cell phones and a laptop have been tested.
It gives us the error that "It is not possible to connect to this network"
I would appreciate some help.

All the best

  @GrupoLlT

Can we see the WLAN SSID configuration?  There are a couple of things to check:

I assume that the APs are all attached to the LAN side of your router which is 192.168.1.0/24?

Does 192.168.1.0/24 have an active DHCP server for clients joining the APs?

Did you configure any VLANs on the APs or the SSIDs**

** Unless you have an Omada router and Omada switch, it's unlikely that you'll easily be able to isolate wifi users from the AP and router hardware with VLANs.

My advice is to start with everything on one flat network (ie 192.168.1.0/24) and get it running.  Then try to get fancy :)
