KPN installed fiber optic internet in my place. After installing the new KPN modem the TL-SG2008P v1.0 is not connected. According to Omada the status is disconnected. And the green and yellow lights on the back of the modem aren't flashing / on.

A home router and WiFI extender are working fine. As well as all the other hardware connected to the modem (like radio and tv), all connected to the new KPN modem. Before the new modem it all worked fine.

I've switched off and on the switch, I've reset the switch but no result. Can you please advice on the best next step to take?

=> Found the root cause, the plug of the cable is not connecting properly in then new KPN modem. By switching cables, the connection was established again.
