Model: EAP650
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

After updating my switch or when my EAP650 got disconnected for just a few moments it seems to be failing to connect again. Trying to give it a PoE reset doesn't fix the problem. The only way to get it back to work is to reset it back to factory default and readopt the EAP650.

Is this a known bug?

I'm using an OC200 V2 controller with Firmware version 5.7.6. The EAP is connected on a Switch TL-SG2008P V1 Firmare 1.0.7

Thanks for your reply. It seems the problem was already known. https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/601380 Hopes the beta firmware fixes the problem. As for the OC200 I've downloaded the firmware and am trying it our at my own house first before implementing it on customers systems.

@HandokoF

OC200 has released a beta version, check this:

Omada Hardware Controller V5.9.32 Beta for Trial (Released on Apr 7th, 2023)

Suggest you can upgrade to V5.9 and test again.
