Model: OC200   ER605 (TL-R605)   SG2210P
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.24.0 Build 20230328 Rel.52384 (Beta)

Controller

  • Model: OC200 v1.0
  • Controller Version: 5.9.32
  • Firmware Version 1.24.0 Build 20230328 Rel.52384 (Beta) [2023-04-07]

Router

  • Model: ER605 v1.0
  • Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230328 Rel.58400 (Beta) [2023-03-30]

Switch(es)

  • Model: TL-SG2210P v5.0
  • Firmware Version: 5.0.5 Build 20221130 Rel.42340

After updating my OC200 v1.0 controller to Omada Hardware Controller V5.9.32 Beta, DHCP Reservation shows MAC address of all TP-Link Omada devices (ER605 v1.0, TL-SG2210P v5.0, EAP225-Wall(EU) v2.0, EAP225-Outdoor(EU) v1.0, EAP230-Wall(EU) v1.0), instead of client name.

Of all other wired and wireless clients (including OC200 v1.0 controller), the client name shows properly.

  @WM1

Hi, generally, we can go to Device List---choose the switch, and set the fixed IP.

As I see, the DHCP Reservation is used for client devices.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

Hi @Virgo, one could do this for EAP access points but not for switches.

But in general, I would like reserve the IP addresses for all network devices (both clients and Omada devices) via DHCP reservation. In my opinion this is quite common. So, I would expect that this overview would show the names of all network devices.
