VPN and MAC address filtering
The question is about VPN clients and MAC address filtering.
Right now I have VPN L2TP server enabled and working well. Users with login, password and key can connect via VPN to local LAN and all looks fine execpt one thing - MAC filtering.
My idea was mix VPN users togerther with MAC address filtering to be 100% sure that only computers that I had prepared to work can log into VPN. And noone could log in from other computers.
So I enabled MAC filtering allowing address from list below.
But it doesn't look like working. I mean I made a test connection via VPN from a computer that was not on MAC filtering list. And it connected with no problems.
So is that possible to use MAC filtering on VPN clients?
