Help with typical returns case
Hi I've spoken to a support agent but there's a language barrier (Thailand) and when they gave me the return address they gave no conditions or reference number. logically thinking I was going to include a copy of the receipt and my return address will that be sufficient or do I need to get a reference ID?

Hi Hank thanks for getting back to me, I have a large string of emails but throughout make no mention of RMA or support number. The last email I received simply gave me support contact details and a RMA department address here in Thailand that has some form of note on the end that seems to make no sense, unless they mean the RMA number.
