Hi I've spoken to a support agent but there's a language barrier (Thailand) and when they gave me the return address they gave no conditions or reference number. logically thinking I was going to include a copy of the receipt and my return address will that be sufficient or do I need to get a reference ID?

Hi Hank thanks for getting back to me, I have a large string of emails but throughout make no mention of RMA or support number. The last email I received simply gave me support contact details and a RMA department address here in Thailand that has some form of note on the end that seems to make no sense, unless they mean the RMA number.

The ticket ID should be TKID230xxxxx, can you find it in your email box?

Like I said there was no ticket number given I can fw the email string but I'm sure nothing is given
