EAP655-Wall not broadcasting SSID with PPSK without RADIUS configuration
Hi All,
Could you please help me regarding with my EAP655-Wall. After setting the SSID with PPSK without RADIUS configuration, ssid will not broadcast the new SSID.
Is there any available firmware to fix this issue?

Hello,
i obviously have the same problem.
I have installed the beta firmware "EAP655-Wall(EU&US)_V1_1.0.0 Build 20230330 (Beta)" which solved my VLAN problem, but PPSK without RADIUS still not working.
When there is another beta firmware which fixed it, is it possiblie to get a download link?

Apologies for the late reply but they send me directly through my email the firmware. And i tried to attached file here but the file size of the firmware is more than 10MB.

@Hank21 I have the same issue, SSID configured for PPSK without RADIUS doesn't work on EAP655-Wall. Can you please share the beta firmware? Thanks.
Edit: I had the same issue, support provided me firmware version 1.1.90 via email and PPSK is working.

@Hank21 Hello, how can others access this firmware with ppsk support? I have the same issue, I have only eap655 access points and basically switched to omada for this feature Thank you, Gunnar

So what is the correct firmware version that we should use? I have an EAP655-Wall(US) v1.0 with current firmware version 1.0.0 but Omada is prompting me to upgrade to version 1.0.2. Is it safe to do so?
Also I have another issue concerning a 610-Outdoor but I could not open a ticket. I think the support in charge there is @Fae. How do I open one? Please pardon me for I'm a newbie in this community.

@Hank21 I confirm the 1.1.90 firmware provided by support fully resolves the issue - PPSK is working perfectly. Please consider posting it to the forum so others can benefit without opening a support case.
