DDNS update from wrong WAN
Using the OMADA SDN
Have DDNS set up to update using my backup/second WAN connection.
IP address being updated to DDNS is from the primary WAN connection, not the WAN connection the DDNS is set up to use.

Hi @DRomney,
Did you set Link Backup either? What is the version of your controller?
Could you confirm whether the Backup WAN is online when the DDNS server is updated?
If you can provide more details about your settings and network layout, it will be more helpful.

Yes, Link backup has been set up.
Controller is OC200 running firmware 1.24.0 Build 20230328 Rel.52384.
Backup links is online.
I have the Dynamic DNS service set up specifically to that Connection.
And this is how my link setup/load balancing is set up.
Load Balancing Weight = 10:1
Optimized routing enabled
Link Backup: Enabled
Primary WAN: WAN
Backup WAN: WAN/LAN1
Backup Mode: Link Backup Enabled
Mode: Enable backup link when any primary WAN fails

Hello @DRomney,
It is strange, it should be only one WAN online as always once you enable the Link Backup feature.
Could you set the Online Detection for them?
You may go to Device List, click on the ER605 and it will pop up a Details window, go to Config----Advanced, set the Echo server to check the live WAN connection.

Once I set the echo server to my backup connection my Network lost internet access. (At least it seemed that way)
Once I put everything back I regained internet access.
I can access stuff on My Network using my backup connection, so i know it is working and active. The problem is the DDNS is sending the IP of the main connection, not the backup/secondary connection.
