Hi, @Ultima179

If you want to add it to the cloud, you have to understand that there are three types of Controller available.

Software Controller, Hardware Controller(OC200 and OC300), and Cloud-based Controller(on cloud server).

The first two controllers are locally based. You connect them to your LAN. And, Cloud-based Controller only requires Internet access when you trying to adopt a local device.

Cloud management can be accessed by two portals.

Sign up first. Then you bind your Controller to your TP-LINK ID on the Controller. Use your TP-LINK ID and log in via Omada app or web interface: https://omada.tplinkcloud.com/

Then log in to your TP-LINK on either portal, and you can view your devices. On the app, the function is rather limited.

On Software Controller, you can bind it from the following path: Organization > Global View > Settings > Cloud Access > Bind your TP-LINK ID

To learn more about cloud access binding to the cloud, please refer to the Omada Controller User Guide or Cloud-based Controller guide.
