Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.25.2 Build 20230704 Rel.64541

I installed a new FW for OC200.

Have 1878 Alerts for the last 18 hours.

@Hank21 @Fae Please advise on what to do?

Thank you.

Hi @Alex_UTS,

In the new firmware of OC200, we have introduced a new feature that DHCP activities will be recorded in the log.

If you are running your whole network fine, then you don't have to worry about it. And @Giang97 is Correct, you may go to Log Settings Section to uncheck Gateway DHCP Server Module Information Option.

  @Alex_UTS I think it is just notification from controller that an IP is released for a device. If you want to turn it off, maybe you can go to your site setting >> section Logs >> Device >> uncheck alert of Gateway DHCP Client Module Informatio and Gateway DHCP Server Module Information.

  @Hank21 @Giang97

Thank you for the reply. I'm worried because I have 80 devices in the system, but only those two clients make Alarms every minute. All other clients with DHCP never show the Alarm. Why?

Hi  @Alex_UTS,

Could you check whether these two clients have a problem with frequent re-connection? What is the model number of these clients?

Maybe you can check the logs on these clients to confirm whether they ever disconnect from the Internet/DHCP Server frequently.
