Model: TL-SG105PE
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.0

I can't find any useful user manuals for this device. I plugged a PC directly into the switch and got onto it at 192.168.0.1 and then switched off DHCP and changed it's IP address to 192.168.1.200 (as my router is at 192.168.1.1 so set default gateway to this too). I have then connected another lead from port 5 to the router but am unable to ping it or connect to anything else on this network. I want everything to be able to talk to everything and therefore need them all on 192.168.1.x. When i plug in an IP Camera to another port of the switch I want ti to pick up an IP address from routers DHCP or let me set a fixed IP on this subnet so that it can then send streams to my NAS surveillance station. Please advise what step I have missed and or refer me to some useful literature. I have installed easy-smart-switch utility on a different PC on the 192.168.1.x network and it can't find any switch.

You probably didn't click on Apply button and upon restart it has lost its configuration.

Start over the configurastion process or if you can't see the login screen reset to factory defaults by the reset button.

Here's a user guide for these switches.

The manual for this switch is linked below: https://static.tp-link.com/upload/manual/2023/202305/20230531/1910013259_Easy%20Smart%20Switch_UG.pdf I hope this helps. If the problem persists, you can try reset the device and reconfigure it to see if that solves the problem.
