Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.2.4 Build 20240119 Rel.44368

My ER605 router is connected to a TP LINK SG116E switch, and from there, several wireless access points. After a power outage, all devices restarted, but the wireless access points all came back with the same issue: devices would connect to them but had no internet access (exclamation mark on devices). Only the local network was working. On the wired access points, access was working perfectly with internet access. Why?

I set up all the APs with static IP and reserved on DHCP settings on ER605.
