PPPoE only obtains a single IP. If you wish to use a public IP block, then you need a router that supports a 'Public routed subnet'.

I'm not sure about the ER8411 but other routers in the Omada range do not support this.

Hello,

Is it possible to find a workaround for this on the ER8411,

the final goal is to route traffic from the remaining 4 ips

Not as far as I am aware. This question of multiple public IP's with PPPoE has been brought up a number of times now (there's currently two threads active) , and it appears that the Omada range just does not support it and there are no plans to.
