I need to configure two eap225 v4 as mesh.

How I can do it, Omada app did not discover the EAP 225.

What are they possible solutions.

For EAP225 V4, it doesn't support the mesh network in standalone mode currently, which means the controller such as software or hardware controller will be required.

You can refer to the EAP mesh installation FAQ or video if you would like to have the controller to build in the mesh system. For example, you can download the free software controller from the official website, as long as the Mesh relationships among Mesh APs are not changed, the Mesh network can still maintain the basic Wi-Fi coverage when you turn off the controller after the configuration.
